Nail plates, reimagined!

Madison’s new Smart Shield™ is an innovative steel nail guard that protects wire and cable in wood framing. The unique cylindrical shape houses wire and cable for better protection from both sides of the stud, eliminating the need for multiple standard nail plates. Smart Shield is faster and easier to install, and eliminates drywall bulge caused by using surface mounted nail plates.
